- Typically, the device needs to be charged. For the Dragon, place it on a Qi Charger. The blue light indicates that it is charging. For the Hornet, use a micro-USB cable to charge it. Again, the blue light indicates that it's charging
- If charging does not resolve the problem, try resetting it. To do so, hold down the blue button on the Dragon/Hornet for 10 seconds. At 10 seconds, a little buzz sound is made, followed by alternating blue and white lights.
- Finally, consider if there's a chance that the device suffered water damage. The Dragon and Hornet are water resistant, but not waterproof. If the device suffered water damage, it may stop working.
If your Hornet or Dragon is not turning On, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot.
